Let's face it, sometimes we make mistakes when scheduling Activities for our Members to perform, and we tend to catch that mistake right after you hit send. Am I right?
It happens to the best of us. This is why we made it really simple to remove, or expire, an activity from your Member's view. Here's how.
From the Manager dashboard, select 'Activities' on the top navigation bad.
Find the Activity you want to expire from your list of Activities and select the cog.
Choose 'expire activity.'
Once you select 'expire activity,' it will be removed from the Member view. Should you change your mind, you can 'undo' this action, but you must act quickly.
Simply select 'undo' if you made a mistake and that Activity will be back in your Member's view to take action on.
