When your Gaggle Manager first sends out invitations to your Gaggle, they are looking for activation — folks to join the Gaggle. Some Members will join quickly; others might need a bit more affirmation. This is where your stakeholders can help support the Gaggle Managers.
Once the invitations have been sent, you can reaffirm the importance of participating to your direct reports and teams. Sometimes that little extra nudge from a stakeholder Members work with day-to-day is all it takes for a Member to feel comfortable joining the program.
To make it easier for you to invite others, we have included a few templates below that you can copy and paste to your email. It's best to forward the invitation from the Gaggle Manager and include your own message, like the examples below, in your follow-up.
Sales Leader Template
Hello Team,
I wanted to make sure that you saw this email from [insert Gaggle Manager name].
The company is in the process of launching our new employee advocacy program with GaggleAMP, and we have been invited to be some of the very first participants.
This is a great opportunity for you to take your social media game to the next level, and “the Gaggle” will be providing an easy and fun way to accomplish that goal.
By now, you’ve likely received an invite email; if not, just keep an eye out for that message, which will include the link to join the Gaggle. It's super simple to use, and we expect everyone to complete at least one Share, one Like and one Repost per week (or more for maximum impact).
Please make sure you have created your account and completed your first activities by ________[date]_________. For anyone who’s not active by then, you’ll need to attend the Gaggle Onboarding Boost session set for that date.
