If you’re reading this article, it’s quite likely you cannot access your GaggleAMP account. Oftentimes this is due to the fact we require all Members and Managers to authenticate and confirm their account via email, but sometimes that email gets misplaced.
Let’s take a look at how you can gain access.
Gaining Access to Your GaggleAMP Account
To confirm you are a real, genuine, one of a kind, in the flesh human being with a working email address, GaggleAMP sends the below confirmation email to all new users. If you don’t confirm within 48 hours, your new account will be locked. The email will look like this:
If you can’t find it and it doesn’t look familiar, check your Spam folder.
If you still can’t find it or if 48 hours have already passed, simply request another confirmation here: https://accounts.gaggleamp.com/confirmation/new. Just enter your same email address, click on the "Resend confirmation instructions" button, and we’ll resend it to your inbox in a couple of seconds.
If you STILL can’t find it, please contact support@gaggleamp.com and we’ll get it all sorted out.
How Does Single Sign-On Affect Your Ability to Log In?
Some organizations, when they set up their Gaggle, prefer to implement a Single Sign-On (SSO) integration. This allows you to log into GaggleAMP with an authentication account you regularly use elsewhere.
Since there are many different third-party technologies supporting Single Sign-On, it’s best to refer to this article: What is Single Sign-On and How Can I Use It With GaggleAMP?
If you believe your company is using Single Sign-On, contact your Gaggle Manager for help. Should you not know who your Gaggle Manager is, please submit a support ticket to support@gaggleamp.com and they can help connect you to your Gaggle Manager.
