Creating an activity in GaggleAMP is how you guide Members to amplify content—whether that’s sharing on LinkedIn, commenting on a post, or engaging with other platforms. This process allows you to define the message, schedule the timeframe, assign points, and customize distribution options.
This article walks you through how to create and configure an activity from start to finish.
Steps to Follow
1. Access the Activity Creation Tool
- From your Manager Dashboard, click + Create New Activity in the top-right corner.
2. Choose the Activity Type

Select an activity based on your platform and goal. Categories include:

LinkedIn (e.g., Share, Comment, Re-Share, Follow Company)

Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter)

Other Social Networks

Recruiting or Internal Communications (Depending on each GaggleAMP Channel or Group configuration)

Click Create Activity under the type you wish to configure.
3. Compose Your Post

In the Activity Content screen:

Enter your Post Message/Social Copy (up to 3,000 characters).

Add media (image or video) via drag-and-drop or file picker.

See a real-time preview of what the post will look like when shared.

4. Configure Activity Settings
Customize your activity using the options in the Share Post panel:

Distribution: Select which Members or Groups will see this activity.

Duration: Define the active dates for the activity.

Points: Assign reward points to incentivize engagement.

Campaign: Associate the activity with a campaign if applicable.

Edit Activity (Optional): Enable Member edits, including AI-powered paraphrasing.

UTM Tracking: Enable tracking to measure campaign success.

Feature Activity: Pin the activity to the top of your Members' feed.
5. Preview and Publish

Review your post on the right-hand side.

When everything looks good, click Send to Gaggle to publish the activity.
6. View Your Live Activity

Go to the Activities List in the left navigation menu to view your published activity.
