Inviting members to your Gaggle is quick and flexible. Whether you're inviting just a few people or onboarding a large team, GaggleAMP provides multiple invitation methods to make the process seamless.

Steps to Follow
1. Access the Invite Members Panel
Go to the Members section in the left-hand menu.
Click the Invite New Members button at the top right of the Members List panel.
2. Choose an Invitation Method
Option A: Add Members via Email
Use this option to invite a few people manually.
Select Add Members via email.
In the email field, enter the email addresses of the invitees. Separate each address with a comma.
Click Send Invites.
Option B: Add Members via File Upload
Best for inviting multiple members at once.
Select Add Members via File Upload.
Click Download Template to get the spreadsheet format.
Fill in the member details in the template.
Click Upload Spreadsheet and select your completed file.
After upload, you can preview the invite email.
Click Email Preview to see the message your members will receive.
Click Exit Preview to return to the main view.
Finally, click Send Invites.
Option C: Use Invite Link
Want to keep it simple? Use the invite link.
At the bottom left of the panel, click Copy Invite Link.
Share the link with anyone you'd like to invite to your Gaggle.
Can I customize the invite email?
Not directly from this view. However, you can preview the invite email to see what your members will receive before sending it.
What happens after members are invited?
Invited users will receive an email prompting them to join your Gaggle and complete their profile. You can track their progress from the Members section.
What if I run out of seats?
The invitation panel shows your remaining seat count. If you've hit your limit, consider contacting GaggleAMP support to increase your seat allocation.
