As a Gaggle Manager, have you ever wished you could write your social posts once, but still deliver a unique version to every Member? With AI-Powered Paraphrase for Managers, you can. GaggleAMP uses AI to create a different variation of your LinkedIn post for each Member, so every Member who shares your content is sharing something unique, without having to paraphrase the text themselves.
Here’s how it works.
Using AI-Powered Paraphrase for Managers
📍 Important Note: This feature is only available to Gaggles that have opted in to our AI-Powered Paraphrase for Managers module. If you are interested in having this functionality available in your Gaggle, please contact your Customer Success Manager or [open a support ticket].
1. In Managers View, click Create New Activity in the top-right corner.
2. In the Create New Activity window, select Share Post under LinkedIn. If you’ve created one recently, you’ll also find it under Recent Activities.
3. Under Compose Post, write your post in the Post Message field as you normally would. You can also add images, a video, or a PDF. A preview of your post appears on the right.
4. Scroll down and expand Activity Settings.
5. Set up Distribution, Duration, Points, and Campaign as you normal
6. Turn on the Manager AI toggle. A sample variation of your post appears under Auto-Generated Post Ideas, Tailored for Each Member. To see a different example, click Try Another Version.
7. Click Send to Gaggle.
Each Member will receive their own AI-paraphrased version of your post. In their Things to Do list, the Activity will be labeled Auto-AI-Paraphrased for Uniqueness.
💡 Tip: If Edit Permissions is turned on, Members can still edit their version or paraphrase it again with AI-Powered Paraphrase before sharing
📍 Note: There is a limit of roughly 900 characters for both the original and the paraphrased text. The Manager AI option will be disabled when your post is longer than 900 characters.
Text created with AI-Powered Paraphrase for Managers is treated the same way as manually edited text. Your message keeps its meaning and relevance, but Members may want to adjust the formatting before sharing.

With AI-Powered Paraphrase for Members, each Member clicks AI-Powered Paraphrase themselves to generate new text before sharing.
Which Activities support AI-Powered Paraphrase for Managers?

Will every Member receive the same text?
No. Each Member receives their own AI-paraphrased version of your post, so the same message reaches each network in different words.
Can I see the version each Member will receive?
When you turn on Manager AI, a sample variation appears under Auto-Generated Post Ideas, Tailored for Each Member. Click Try Another Version to see another example.
How will Members know their post was paraphrased?

Can Members change the paraphrased text?

Why don't I see the Manager AI toggle?
Check that you're creating a LinkedIn Share Post Activity, and that you've expanded Activity Settings. If you still don't see the toggle, your Gaggle may not have the AI-Powered Paraphrase for Managers module. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or open a support ticket.
