Managers can send you LinkedIn Share Post activities that include multiple images or a PDF document. These activities let you share richer visual content to LinkedIn while keeping the sharing process inside the familiar GaggleAMP workflow.
What you see on the activity depends on the options your Manager enabled. If Edit Permissions are enabled, you may see options such as Edit or AI-Powered Paraphrase so you can update the Recommended Message before sharing. If editing is not enabled, you can still use the available actions on the activity, such as Preview, Schedule, or Share on LinkedIn.
Share a LinkedIn Post with Multiple Images
1. From your Things to Do feed, find the Share on LinkedIn activity you want to complete. Use the actions available on the activity card rather than clicking the card itself. If editing is enabled and you want to make changes, select Edit or AI-Powered Paraphrase. If editing is not enabled, you can Preview, Schedule, or Share on LinkedIn directly from the activity.
Find the LinkedIn activity in your Member feed and open it.
2. When the activity opens, start at the top of the pop-up and read the Recommended Message.
The activity opens in a pop-up with the message and image section visible.
3. Look below the Recommended Message for the image thumbnails provided by your Manager. Review the images before you continue.
4. If your Manager enabled Edit Permissions, use the image controls in the media area to choose which images will be included. For each image, keep the 'Use this image on my post' option selected if you want to share it, or clear it if you do not. Click the image-selection controls beside or on the thumbnails to deselect any image you do not want to share.
Use the image controls in the activity pop-up when editing is enabled.
| Important: At least one image must remain selected. |
5. If Edit Permissions are enabled, click inside the Recommended Message field under the Edit Content tab to make any permitted changes. If you also see AI-Powered Paraphrase, you can use that option to help revise the message.
6. After reviewing the message and selected images, click the Share on LinkedIn button in the bottom-right corner of the activity pop-up. This is a one-click share: GaggleAMP publishes the post directly to your connected LinkedIn account.
7. After the post is shared successfully, the activity will appear as completed in your GaggleAMP feed.
After a successful one-click share, you can find the completed activity in Things I've Done.
Share a LinkedIn Post with a PDF Document
1. From your Things to Do feed, find the Share on LinkedIn activity that contains the PDF. If editing is enabled, select Edit or AI-Powered Paraphrase to review or update the message before sharing. If editing is not enabled, you can use the available Preview, Schedule, or Share on LinkedIn actions.
2. At the top of the activity pop-up, review the Recommended Message.
3. Look in the document area below the message. You should see a preview of the attached PDF.
The PDF activity shows the document preview inside the activity pop-up.
4. If you want to review the full PDF, use the download option next to the document preview. The in-app preview shows only the first page.
5. If your Manager enabled Edit Permissions, you can go to the Edit Content tab and click inside the Recommended Message field to make changes to the post copy.
6. In the bottom-right corner of the activity pop-up, click the Share on LinkedIn button. GaggleAMP will publish the post directly to your connected LinkedIn account.
Once the post is successfully shared, the activity will be marked as completed in GaggleAMP.
| Note: Sharing the PDF is also a one-click action. You do not need to go to LinkedIn to finish publishing. |
