If your Instagram account is a business account, but you're still receiving this error, please check to make sure your Facebook and Instagram accounts are connected. More information on how to do that here: https://help.instagram.com/176235449218188
Once the Facebook and Instagram accounts are connected, please detach and reattach your Facebook and Instagram accounts in the dashboard. To do that, follow the steps below:
- Click the dropdown by your username in the top right corner
- Click Settings
- Scroll down to the bottom until you see Personal Social Accounts
- Click the red remove button next to Facebook and Instagram
- Return to the Member Home tab (top left) and reattach your accounts
