Monitoring Conversations

As a Manager, you’re able to monitor the ‘Conversations’ that happen in the community module and you can also Create Activities from the Conversations.

On your Manager Dashboard, you can see a high-level overview of the conversations that are happening within your Community. Let's explore what you can see.

  1. Community Performance - At A Glance - You can filter this report for a weekly, monthly, or three-month timeline. Here you can see the overall performance in both graph and numerical form-  the number of conversations that have happened in your community, how many members have contributed to these conversations, and how much engagement has happened through these conversations.

  2. Latest Conversations: Here you will find a list of the latest conversations by default, which you can filter on the basis of Popular or Latest; a weekly, monthly, or three-month timeline; Channels;  and Groups.

  3. Top Contributors - Here you can find a list of the top contributors to your community. The list by default shows you, top contributors, by engagement, but you can filter on the basis of Top Contributors by Conversations or Top Contributors by Engagement; a weekly, monthly, or three-month timeline; Channels; and Groups.
