As a Manager, you’re able to monitor User-Generated Content Channels and create activities from your members’ posts.
On your Manager Dashboard, you can monitor your UGC Content and how it is performing. By clicking on the User-Generated Content Dashboard you can see a high-level overview of new UGC posts, top contributing members, and total engagements over a predetermined period of time.
From this Dashboard, you’re able to filter UGC Posts by whether their Popular (Trending) or Recent, select different Time Periods, and you can view by All Channel or pick a specific Channel you’d like to see posts from.
In the UGC Posts Feed, you can see if your Members shared these to a specific network or only to an internal Channel, and likewise, you can see the:
