Deleting User-Generated Conversation Posts

Follow

If you are a Gaggle Manager that has the community module enabled, occasionally when monitoring the conversations, you might see that a Member posted something that is inappropriate or irrelevant for the Gaggle and you want to Delete it. You can easily click Delete Post and this Post will be deleted. There are two ways you can do this.

  1. Go to the ‘Dashboard’ under the ‘Community’ module. Scroll down on the page to the ‘Conversations’ section. Here you will see a list of all the conversations started by your members. Look for the conversation you want to delete. You can filter them based on the channel, member’s name, or date timeline. Once you find the post you want to delete, click on the three dots at the right-hand side corner of the ‘Conversation’. A drop-down menu will appear, where you can hit the ‘Delete Post’ button to delete the conversation.
