One of the key features of the GaggleAMP solution is the data it provides program managers. It's this data that allows managers to prove the value of and enhance their programs. However, we also recognize it's important to give team members control over the data shared.
For the majority of teams, metrics are only available on an aggregate basis. If you want to make sure your individual network activity can't be tracked in those limited instances where the option is available to managers, you can choose to opt-out via the 'Individual Click Tracking' section on your Member Dashboard sidebar or in Settings.
What is shared if I do not opt out?
If you choose to allow individual tracking, your Gaggle Managers are able to see how an activity performed within your social network. For example, she may see a Twitter activity was performed by 20 team members and know that you were 1 of the 20 that performed it. In addition to this, she can see how many views, likes, comments, were received along with the URL of your post if they were to see it on a social network. This is the same information available to any viewer of your post. We make it easier for your Managers by pulling the information into the system to avoid her having to separately collect all the results. As you can imagine, it's a huge time saver.
