The Enterprise Activity Approval feature allows Gaggle managers the ability to curate content provided by Enterprise managers. For Gaggles belonging to an Enterprise and with this feature enabled, unless an activity is approved, it will not be presented to Gaggle Members. This allows Gaggle managers the ability to ensure the content delivered to their Gaggles aligns with their content strategy.
This feature is only available for Gaggles that belong to an Enterprise Plan.
To activate this feature for Gaggles within your Enterprise, please contact your Customer Success Manager or support@gaggleamp.com
Once activated, any posts made available to your Gaggles via your Enterprise Dashboard, will need to be approved before they are seen on the Gaggles' Member View.
Gaggle Managers will be notified of all new content that is waiting for approval via the "Enterprise Activities" page on the Manager Dashboard of their individual Gaggle. A bubble count will appear for all messages that have not yet been viewed.
On the "Enterprise Activities" page is a list of posts that are available for approval. In the screenshot below three primary options that the Manager has are highlighted.
- The Manager can edit the content to more closely align with the voice of their Members. They will not be able to update the start and end dates of the post.
- The Manager can decide to reject the content and not have it appear to their Members. (default)
- The Manager can accept or approve the content. Selecting this causes the activity to appear in the Gaggle Member view.
Clicking "Submit" saves the manager options and for those activities that were 'Accepted', makes the post available to Members.
