Inactive Member Email

The inactive member email feature allows you to automatically receive input from members that haven't completed any activity within the time period you set. Inactive Member Emails are off by default.

Enable Inactive Member Email

To enable automated inactive member emails navigate to Manage -> Gaggle Settings.

1. Click the 'Enable Inactive member email' checkbox to enable the automatic emails.

2. Select the time period for which the member must be inactive before the email is sent.

3. Click the 'Update Email Settings' button,

When the Inactive Member Email is enabled and a member meets the inactive criterion, the member will receive the following email message.

The member responds to the email with the reason that applies and/or any other comments.

Tracking Inactive Member Results

When members respond to the Inactive Member Email, their results are tallied on the Manage -> Gaggle Setting page within the Manager view.

If any members leave comments, an additional 'Comments' link will appear. Clicking the "Comments" link will display the comments.
