Driving member/employee engagement is vital to the success of any employee advocacy program. As a Gaggle Manager, if employee activity levels are less than you would like, try some of the following:

  • Host a GaggleAMP Training Session

    • Focusing on how to get the most out of GaggleAMP as an employee is a proven way to increase overall engagement.

    • If scheduling or availability is an issue, speak to your Customer Success Manager regarding training recordings or customized short training videos.

    • If you have any questions or would like suggestions on how to train your Gaggle Members please feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

  • Send Recurring Employee Advocacy Newsletters

    • Sending a newsletter recapping the successes and benefits of GaggleAMP is another proven way our customers have seen improved and sustained engagement.

      • Be sure to show some love to your top performing Members in this newsletter.

    • If you have any questions about newsletters or would like examples of how to create a newsletter please contact your Customer Success Manager.

  • Send Targeted Re-engagement Emails

    • Reaching out to members who may not be active or are less active than you would like is an easy way to improve engagement across your current members.

    • You can see which members are inactive in the "View All Members" section of your Manager Dashboard

      • Members who are have 0 followers, haven’t shared in a month, and/or have a low number of points are good members to start with.

  • Have an Executive Send Invitations

    • If getting more Members or employees into the Gaggle is an issue, have an executive, department head, or team leader send out invitations or re-engagement emails.

  • Identify Team Captains

    • Assigning Gaggle Captains in different business units allows you to have more internal champions while allowing the Captains to drive the reengagement for you.

  • Single Sign On

    • If your organization uses a Single Sign On platform be sure to integrate it with GaggleAMP.

    • GaggleAMP Customers have seen member growth of 3x in the first week after integrating with Single Sign On.

    • Click here for more information on setting up Single Sign On or reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

  • Rewards
    • Holding a month or quarter long contest has been proven to increase total member shares by up to 140%.
    • Customer Success managers are your key to contest success stories and best practices.

These are all proven methods we have picked up from Gaggle Managers similar to you. As always, for the most up to date best practices and assistance please contact your Customer Success Manager or email support@gaggleamp.com
